Through this approach I hope to provide a safe space to for my clients to explore the depth & root cause of their hidden assumptions and beliefs, working to better understand themselves, heal their wounds and build deeper more fulfilling connections. 


My promise is to meet you where you are at, with compassion and understanding. This means that I treat people looking to relieve day to day stress as well as those that desire a deeper dive into the causes of their anxiety and trauma. 


I am available for once off treatments, as well as longer-term processes.
